The concept

Vantage is a pre-launch brand and sales system for a 40-residence luxury tower selling off-plan — before there's a physical show unit. The problem: how to sell €400k–€1.2M homes that don't exist yet. The answer is a cinematic brand plus a private buyer portal where prospects explore residences in 3D, reserve a unit, track construction, and manage their purchase. Revenue (for the developer): unit sales; the platform de-risks and accelerates the sell-out.
